It occupies a 1700 sq. ft. storefront with a current lease rate of $1594 per month. This store is well lit, completely carpeted, with 2 separate bathrooms, a separate storage room which acts as a staging room and snack lounge. It boasts attractive awnings in and outdoors, 2 fitting rooms and attractive décor, with excellent front paved parking and lots of traffic.

Carrollwood Consignment Shop is a popular, upscale, woman’s boutique. The shop is attractively decorated, completely furnished and equipped to provide a pleasant ambience to receive, display and sell consignments from our friendly and abundant clientele.

Our consignor list of over 1600 consignors generates a high volume of items to satisfy both our designer loving and economically minded shoppers. We have created an email list of 200 + customers who delight in receiving regular notices of our sales and special events. Our consignment method is to receive the merchandise from the consignor, inventory the items in the consignors account, generate a retail price tag, and maintain the inventory for 60 days. The shop receives 60% of the final sale price and pays the consignor 40%. This well established shop has a reputation of accepting designer and name brand , currently styled merchandise. We only accept upscale, clean merchandise, which includes clothing, accessories such as shoes, handbags, scarves., in addition to jewelry, home décor, and much more.
